We offer a wide range of assessment services to address your specific needs. Our goal is to help you on your path to self-discovery and healing.
Schedule a brief (~15 minute) phone call with our assessor, Dr. Shelby Zavala-Barajas, to discuss your needs, the assessment process, and to schedule an intake appointment.
Schedule and meet for a 90-minute intake session in order to hear more about your goals for testing and gather background information.
We select a number of tests based upon the established testing goal and email you with a good faith estimate for these tests.
Once you give the "go-ahead" for testing, we schedule 2-3 testing sessions and you are sent some at-home assessments via email to complete prior to our first testing session.
Testing sessions are always on a Thursday or Friday and begin at 8am or 1pm. They can last anywhere between 2 and 4 hours. All testing sessions will be scheduled within 2 – 3 weeks of each other.
Once all testing is completed and returned (including in-person and home assignments), we schedule a feedback session for approximately 6 weeks out.
We have a 90-minute feedback session where you receive a copy of your report and we go through said report with you. The report includes background, test results, diagnoses, and recommendations.
