We offer a wide range of assessment services to address your specific needs. Our goal is to help you on your path to self-discovery and healing.
Why do I keep engaging in the same relationship patterns despite them not working out in the past?
Why do I engage in reactionary behavior seemingly out of the blue?
Why is my child always so resistant to listening and playing nicely?
WHY DO I FIND IT HARD TO TRUST OTHERS?
WHAT IS GETTING IN THE WAY OF ME REACHING MY GOALS?
No two people are the same, so we believe no two assessments should be the same either! Our primary goal is to answer the questions you have about yourself, while also providing you with important diagnoses and recommendations. While you may come in with specific diagnostic questions such as, "Do I have ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.?" You may also have more exploratory questions, such as:
Schedule a brief (~15 minute) phone call with our assessor, Dr. Shelby Zavala-Barajas, to discuss your needs, the assessment process, and to schedule an intake appointment.
Schedule and meet for a 90-minute intake session in order to hear more about your goals for testing and gather background information.
We select a number of tests based upon the established testing goal and email you with a good faith estimate for these tests.
Once you give the "go-ahead" for testing, we schedule 2-3 testing sessions and you are sent some at-home assessments via email to complete prior to our first testing session.
Testing sessions can last anywhere between 2 and 4 hours. All testing sessions will be scheduled within 2 – 3 weeks of each other.
Once all testing is completed and returned (including in-person and home assignments), we schedule a feedback session for approximately 6 weeks out.
We have a 90-minute feedback session where you receive a copy of your report and we go through said report with you. The report includes background, test results, diagnoses, and recommendations.
