We take the security and confidentiality of your personal information seriously. What you share with your therapist will remain confidential following the rules of HIPAA. We follow industry best practices to ensure that your personal health information is kept secure.

Q. How do you handle data and privacy?

You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled therapy without a fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of your appointment. 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

We are currently offering all of our therapy sessions via video and/or phone as well as in person. We are using HIPPA secure technology to conduct these sessions. 

Q. Do you offer appointments via video or phone?

We are out of network providers and do not accept insurance. However, we will work with you to understand your out of network coverage and how to file your out of network claims.

Q. Do you take health insurance?

We accept cash, checks, and credits cards. We also accept payments from your Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts. 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

We utilize a range of therapies including psychodynamic therapy, emotion focused therapy, and attachment informed therapy.
