Being human comes with so much beauty and messiness. I know first hand what it’s like to be overwhelmed by the challenges of everyday life. You are the expert in your own life, and when life gets the best of you I am just here to help guide you. My role is simply to guide you through the tough moments with authenticity, directness and when the moment calls for it, humor. Because you deserve to live a life that feels fulfilling and true to you!
As the daughter of immigrants, I understand the exhaustion of navigating two cultures and trying to carve your own path. That space in between can feel isolating but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I have experience working with trauma related issues, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and first generation challenges. I know how much these experiences can weigh you down. I also know the deep relief and healing that come from finally giving yourself space to process and move forward.
When I am not at home spending time with my sassy corgi, baking cookies or taking care of my plants, I love traveling the world and emerging myself in the culture ie. food.
