Maybe you, like many of my clients want to be more present in life, able to truly enjoy the people and things around you, but instead feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, grief, or disconnection, and despite best efforts to push through, old patterns keep resurfacing. During seasons of transition or challenge, past wounds and internalized beliefs often resurface, making it hard to quiet the noise and find a way forward. This can lead to shame spiraling and self-doubt, where you feel stuck between who you are and who you want to be. Our culture demands so much, yet often offers so little tangible support.
I believe some of our deepest pain-and deepest healing-happens in relationships. Counseling offers a powerful path to healing through authentic, nonjudgmental connection where you are never too much and can begin to author your own story in the presence of someone who truly sees and supports you.
My practice is built around creating a space where you feel truly seen, deeply cared for, and safe to explore whatever you're carrying. Together, we’ll look at the roots of what’s going on, identify your needs and goals, understand your patterns, and working together to transform negative beliefs into a fuller, truer story so you can live a richer, more connected life.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve specialized in helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, relational hurts, attachment wounds, life transitions, motherhood, and strengthening sense of self and identity. I’m EMDR certified and integrate traditional therapeutic approaches with EMDR and creative techniques. It would be an honor to hear your story and walk alongside you in this season, whatever it may hold.
In the midst of a busy season in life as a mom, I enjoy opportunities to cultivate peace and beauty inside and outside of my work. For me this includes water color painting, audiobooks, flowers, and trips to mountains or lakes when possible, preferably while holding a cup of hot coffee.
